Information to send with a pole RFQ
- Site drawing, pole schedule, or elevation drawing
- Signal head quantity, diameter, and planned mounting positions
- Required arm arrangement, brackets, and cable route
- Foundation interface, anchor-bolt requirement, and site constraints
- Surface finish, packing, container, and destination information
Keep supply boundaries clear
Confirm whether the quotation covers poles only, poles with arms, brackets, anchor components, signal heads, or a complete intersection package. This avoids a common procurement problem where each supplier assumes another party is providing the connection hardware.
Check installation responsibility
The project contractor or engineer should confirm installation loads, foundation design, and local structural requirements. A product quotation should follow the approved project design, not replace it.
